1. Program description

Direct AI Consultants sends text messages to people who request information or services from us. Messages may include replies to your questions, appointment and assessment scheduling, reminders, follow-ups on your request, account and service notifications, and occasional updates about our AI automation, consulting and marketing services.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on a form on directaiconsultants.com and checking the SMS consent box, or by sending a text message to our business number. The consent box is never pre-checked, and you can submit our forms without agreeing to receive texts.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive no more than a few messages per week.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Direct AI Consultants does not charge for text messages.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. To opt back in, reply START.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
